• Management shall not be liable for any colour run or other damage resulting from weak fabric or inferior materials.

  • We are responsible only for materials officially documented received for cleaning.

  • Items of extreme value must be declared at pick up.

  • Complaints with items treated must be returned within 2 weeks after delivery.

  • Customers are advised to inspect and ensure their orders are complete at delivery point, we do not accept responsibility for alleged shortages declared after delivery.

  • Treatment of fire or smoke damaged fabric require 50% additional surcharge on our charges.

  • We request customers to also use other payment services.

  • 50% payment is required at pickup and the other 50% upon delivery.

  • Full Deposit must be made for wedding dresses, Express Services and Rugs.

  • Garments not claimed after 3 months would be given out to charity.

  • By any chance there is a damage or loss of an item due to our negligence, a fair compensation shall be paid to customer based on fabric depreciation.
